MANAGEMENT LEVEL 3 MODERN APPRENTICESHIP
In October 2011, Elaine Mowat from the Clydesdale Bank in Inverurie, completed her Management Level 3 Modern Apprenticeship.
Working with her Assessor, Debra Murphy, from Strathearn Training, Elaine was able to progress through the award by providing product evidence showing actual tasks completed in the workplace. Elaine was also observed by Debra in her job role at the bank and also had numerous discussions, all recorded on a digital recorder, to provide excellent knowledge evidence. Debra also obtained witness statements on the recorder. The various assessment methods enabled Elaine to provide a wide selection of work based evidence to demonstrate her competence to the national standards.

The Modern Apprenticeship was fully funded by Skills Development Scotland (SDS), enabling Strathearn Training to deliver the full award at no cost to either the Candidate or the workplace.
